Guidelines
To obtain a registration certificate as a domestic company you may need;
Two copies of the Memorandum of Association. (Template provided here)
On the other hand, to open a branch of a Foreign company;
A notarised Power of Attorney that will be presented to the Registration Office is required.
An authenticated Copy of the Company’s Memorandum of Association as well as articles of Association.
Passport copies of shareholders and Directors in and out of Rwanda.
